North West Estate Agents - an Estate Agency in Limavady which was opened in August, 2009. Although a new company, its Directors, Victor Guy and Susan Moore bring a wealth of experience with them to the table. Good friends for a long number of years, Victor and Susan have often discussed opening an Estate Agents in town. Victor felt that now the market had 'bottomed out' it would be a good time to put their plan into action. Susan was ready to come back to Limavady to work and the rest, as they say, is history ...

Victor is well known throughout the North West and indeed further afield as Director of Guys Home Interiors. A local company designing and manufacturing slide robes, fitted and free standing bedroom furniture, kitchens and radiator covers. He works hands on in the Company, often driving the length and breadth of Ireland. He has a vast knowledge of the area and the people in it.

Susan is very well known in Limavady and has been an Estate Agent/Valuer for over 30 years, beginning her career in 1979. She has worked for many years in Limavady before moving to Ballymoney, L'derry and Coleraine.

Susan also worked for many years with a number of Developers and is often found on site. She knows the infrastructure of a building site, having worked as Development Manager on two sites in the North West. She is more than capable of handling the sale of an entire site and was New Homes Manager for a prominent Estate Agent in the City dealing solely with all new developments, from agreeing the site to handling turnkey requirements and snagging the properties before handover.

The offices of North West Estate Agents are situated in Whitehill Business Park, 32a Ballyquin Road. We wanted somewhere where our prospective Clients could come and look at the properties on offer and have time to discuss their individual requirements. We have ample parking spaces without the worry of moving every hour and watching out for traffic wardens!
